Upon completion of a successful purchase for first time users system will create a new account on the LMS site, user automatically
enrolled in without having to click on any buttons to enroll in the course. And Single Sign-On button will turn active. User will click SSO button and land on LMS site without needing to re-login. If user select "pay later" such as pay with check or phone, System will create an account and put hold on enrollment.
If user already had an LMS account, System will update his LMS account with recent purchase.
